this turtle was brought to me by fish and game after some sick kids beat her with a base ball bat. I thought she was going to have to put down

I was able to bandage her so her top shell was not hanging over head. She went to the vet the same day.

this turtle was beaten with a bat. she has been with my vet for a week. she is suffering complications from broken and retained eggs that must be addressed before part of her shell is removed. Her outcome is bleak. My vet got all but two eggs out. we are hopeful
